Q1. ಬರೆಯಿರಿ: 100 ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಪೌಷ್ಠಿಕತೆಯ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ (a) ವಿಶ್ರಶಾಂತಿಯ ಸವಾಲುಗಳು (b) ಮಾತೃಭಾಷೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ (c) ಬಾಡಿಗೆ ತಾಯ್ತನ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಮಾನ್ಯತೆ (d) ಈ ಗದ್ಯ ಪಠ್ಯವನ್ನು ಓದಿ ಕೊನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿರುವ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ನಿಮ್ಮದೇ ಭಾಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತರಿಸಿರಿ.

Q2. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಉತ್ತರಗಳು ನೇರ, ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟ ಸರಳ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಕ್ಷಿಪ್ತವಾಗಿರಲಿ : 12×5 = 60 ಪ್ರಾಚೀನ ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜಸತ್ತೆಯು ಎಷ್ಟು ಪ್ರಭಾವ ಶಾಲಿಯಾಗಿತ್ತೆಂದರೆ ಆ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜನೇ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಆತ್ಮವಾಗಿದ್ದನು. ಪ್ರಾಚೀನ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಗಳು ರಾಜನಾದವನು ದೇವರ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿ ಯಾಗಿದ್ದು ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳ ಕಷ್ಣಕಾರ್ಪಣ್ಯಗಳೆಲ್ಲವೂ ಅವನಿಂದಲೇ ದೂರವಾಗುವವು ಎಂದು ರಾಜನಿಲ್ಲದ ರಾಜ್ಯವು ಆತಂಕಗಳಿಂದ ಕೂಡಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಹೇಳುತ್ತವೆ. ಪ್ರಾಚೀನ ಇತಿಹಾಸಕಾರರಿಂದ ಹಿಡಿದು ಇಂದಿನವರೆಗೂ ಅನೇಕರು ಕಾಲದಿಂದ ಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ರಾಜ ಮತ್ತು ಸತ್ತೆಗಳ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ವ್ಯಕ್ತ ಪಡಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಬಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಈ ರಾಜ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಗಳು ಪ್ರಧಾನವಾದ ಕೆಲವು ವಿಚಾರಧಾರೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹುಟ್ಟುಹಾಕಿದೆ. ಅವುಗಳೆಂದರೆ ದೈವಸೂತ್ರ, ಅಧಿಕಾರಸೂತ್ರ, ರಕ್ಷಣಾಸೂತ್ರ, ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಒಪ್ಪಂದದ ಸೂತ್ರ ಮುಂತಾದವು. ಕೌಟಿಲ್ಯನು ‘ರಾಜ್ಯ’ ವನ್ನು ಬಹು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಕಲ್ಯಾಣಕಾರಕ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯೆಂದು ಭಾವಿಸಿದ್ದನು ಅವನು ರಾಜತ್ವ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ವಿಕಾಸದ ಕುರಿತು ಮಾತನಾಡದೆ ಹೋದಾಗಲೂ ತನ್ನ ಅರ್ಥಶಾಸ್ತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿ ದೊಡ್ಡಮೀನು ಸಣ್ಣಮೀನನ್ನು ಕಬಳಿಸುವಂತೆ. ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಬಲರು ದುರ್ಬಲರ ಮೇಲೆ ದೌರ್ಜನ್ಯವೆಸಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದುದಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಾಚೀನ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಪಡುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳು ಇಂತಹ ಅನ್ಯಾಯಗಳಿಂದಾಗಿ ಹಿಂಸೆಗೊಳಗಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಮತ್ಸ್ಯ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಅಂದರೆ ಮೀನಿನ ನ್ಯಾಯ, ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಮಾತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಳುವದಾದರೆ ಕಾಡಿನ ನ್ಯಾಯಗಳು ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಿಂಸೆಗೆ ಗುರಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದವು. ಒಂದು ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿಂಸೆಗೊಳಪಟ್ಟ ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳು ಒಗ್ಗೂಡಿ ಯೋಗ್ಯನಾದ ಒಬ್ಬನನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮ ರಾಜನನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡರು. ಅಷ್ಟೆ HXS-C-KND 2
