Instructions

There are EIGHT questions divided in TWO SECTIONS.
Candidate has to attempt FIVE questions in all.
Questions no. 1 and 5 are compulsory and out of the remaining, any THREE are to be attempted choosing at least ONE question from each section.
The number of marks carried by a question / part is indicated against it.
Word limit in questions, wherever specified, should be adhered to.
Attempts of questions shall be counted in sequential order.
Unless struck off, attempt of a question shall be counted even if attempted partly.
Any page or portion of the page left blank in the Question-cum-Answer Booklet must be clearly struck off.

Q1. ایک سو پچاس (150) الفاظ پر مشتمل ہو۔ 10×5=50 (a) ’حمدن کی آنکھوں سے بے تحاشا آنسو بہہ رہے تھے۔حالا نکہ رسوئی میں اِندو ہنس رہی تھی۔پَل بھر میں اپنے سہاگ کے اجڑنےادر پھر ٹبن جانے سے بے خبر۔ یمرن جب حقائق کی دیامیں آیاتوآنسو پونچھتے ہوئےاپنےاس رونے پر مبشنے لگا۔ اد ھر اِندو ہنس تو رہی تھی لیکن اس کی ہنمی دنی دنی تھی۔ بابوجی کے خیال سے وہ کبھی اونچی آواز میں نہ ہنسی تھی، جیسے ۔
تھلکھلاہٹ کوئی ننگا پُن ہے،خاموشی دوپٹااور دنی منبی ایک گھو ٹکھٹ۔ پھِر _تھرن نے اند د کاایک خیالی بُت بنایااور اس سے بيبيوں باتيں كر ڈاليں۔يوں اس سے پيار كيا جيسے انجمي تك نہ كياتھا۔‘‘ 10 (b) ’’ گو برنے گھر پنٹی کر دہاں کی حالت دیکھی توالیںمایوسی ہو ئی کہ اس وقت داپس جائے۔گھر کاایک حصہ گرنے کے قریب تھا۔دروازہ پر صرف ایک ہیل بندھاہواتھااور وہ بھی ادھ مرا۔پہ حالت کچھ ہوری کی نہ تھی،سارے گاؤں پر یہی مصیبت ئىتىما-ايك ايساأد مى جىمى نە ق_تاجس كى حالتِ زارنە ہو___ در دازوں پر مَنوں كوژا كر كٹ جمعے ہے بد بواُڑ رہى ہے مگر ،ان كى ناک میں نہ بوہےاور نہ آنکھوں میں نور۔سرِ شام سے دروازہ پر گید ڑ رونے لگتے ہیں مگر کسی کو غم نہیں۔‘‘ 10 ’’ کیسا پنشن اور کہاں اُس کاملنا۔ یہان جان کے لالے پڑے ہیں۔ ہے موجزن اک قلزم خوں کاش یہی ہو آناہے،ابھی دیکھیے، کیا کیامرے آگے ا گرزندگی ہے اور پھر مل بیٹھیں گے نوکہانی کہی جائے گی۔ تم کہتے ہو کہ آیا چاہتاہوں۔اگراؤ نوپے ٹکٹ نہ آنا۔میر احمد علی صاحب کو لکھتے ہو کہ ’’ یہاں ہیں‘‘ مجھ کو ٹہیں معلوم کہ کہاں ہیں۔مجھ سے ملتے تواںچھاکر تے۔ میں مخفی ٹہیں ہوں،روپوش نہیں ہوں۔ حُکام جانتے ہیں کہ یہ یہاں ہے مگر نہ باز پُریں وگیر ودار میں آیاہوں۔‘‘ 10 $\overline{2}$ URC-B-URD
