(e) न्यायनिर्णय लिहिताना : (अ) दिवाणी आचार संहितेमध्ये अभिप्रेत असलेल्या मसूद्याचे पालन करा. योग्य ते मुद्दे काढा आणि त्यांची योग्य ती उत्तरे लिहा. (ন) आवश्यकतेनुसार तुमच्या कल्पनाशक्तीनुसार तपशील द्या. (ক) तुमच्या निष्कर्षांच्या पुष्ट्यर्थ तर्कसंगत, कायदेशीर व योग्य कारणे द्या. (ত) (इ) योग्य तो अंतिम आदेश लिहून न्यायनिर्णयाचा शेवट करा.
