(अ) खाली नमूद केलेल्या कथनावरून न्यायनिर्णय लिहा : न्यायनिर्णय लिहीताना : दिवाणी आचार संहिता मध्ये अभिप्रेत असलेल्या मसूद्याचे पालन करा. योग्य ते मुद्दे काढा आणि त्यांची योग्य ती उत्तरे लिहा.
