1. While writing judgement : Judgement should be written as required by the Code of Civil Procedure. Frame proper issues and give findings. (b) Facts and evidence given here may not be complete. Consider missing details
(c) by imagination. Give legal, logical and appropriate reasons for your findings. (d) Conclude the judgement with appropriate operative order. (e) खाली नमूद केलेल्या कथनावरून न्यायनिर्णय लिहा : न्यायनिर्णय लिहिताना : न्यायनिर्णयाचा मसूदा दिवाणी आचार संहिता प्रमाणे असावा.

(इ) न्यायनिर्णयाच्या शेवटी योग्य तो अंतिम आदेश लिहा.

(क) दिलेले कथन आणि पुरावा संपुर्ण असेलच असे नाही. आवश्यकता भासल्यास कल्पनाशक्तीनुसार वापरून तपशील द्या. तुमच्या निष्कर्षाच्या पुष्ट्यर्थ तर्कसंगत, कायदेशीर व पुरेशी कारणे द्या.

(ब) योग्य मुद्दे तयार करा व त्यासमोर त्यांचे निर्णय लिहा.
