Q2. ସଂକ୍ଷେପରେ ପ୍ରଦାନ କର : 12x5 = 60 ଯେତେବେଳେ ଜଣେ କୃଷକ ଜମିରେ କାମ କରେ, ସେତେବେଳେ ସେ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ଶସ୍ୟ ଓ ଉଦ୍ୟୋଗ ନିମନ୍ତେ କଞ୍ଚାମାଲ ଉତ୍ପାଦନ କରିଥାଏ । କାରଖାନା ଓ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତିକରଣ ପରେ କପା ହିଁ ପୋଷାକପତ୍ରର ରୂପ ଧାରଣ କରିଥାଏ । ଗାଡ଼ି ଜିନିଷପତ୍ର ଗୋଟିଏ ସ୍ଥାନରୁ ନେଇ ଅନ୍ୟସ୍ଥାନରେ ପହଞ୍ଚାଇଦିଏ । ଆମେ ଜାଣୁ ଯେ କୌଣସି ଦେଶରେ ବର୍ଷକମଧରେ ଉତ୍ପାଦିତ ବସ୍ତୁ ଓ ସେବାଗୁଡ଼ିକର ସାମଗ୍ରିକ ମୂଲ୍ୟକୁ ତା’ର ସମସ୍ତ ଘରୋଇ ଉତ୍ପାଦନ କୁହାଯାଏ । ଆମେ ଉତ୍ପାଦିତ ଦ୍ରବ୍ୟ ରସ୍ତାନି କରି ଅର୍ଥ ପାଭ ଏବଂ ଦ୍ରବ୍ୟ ଆମଦାନୀ କରି ମୂଲ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଥାଉ । ଏଥିରେ ଆମେ ଦେଖିଲେ ଯେ ଅବଶିଷ୍ଟ ଆୟ ଧନାତ୍ମକ, ଋଣାତ୍ମକ ବା ଶ୍ୱନ୍ୟ ମଧ୍ୟ ହୋଇପାରେ । ଯେତେବେଳେ ଆମେ ପ୍ରାସ୍ତ ଅର୍ଥରେ ଆମର ଆୟ ଯୋଗ କରୁ, ଆମକୁ ସେହି ବର୍ଷ ପାଇଁ ଦେଶର ସମସ୍ତ ଘରୋଇ ଉତ୍ପାଦନ ମିଳିଥାଏ । ସମସ୍ତ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରୀୟ ଉତ୍ପାଦନରେ ଅଂଶଗ୍ରହଣକାରୀଙ୍କର କ୍ରିୟା କଳାପକୁ ଆମେ ଆର୍ଥକ କ୍ରିୟା କହିଥାଭ । ଯେଉଁମାନେ ଆର୍ଥିକ କ୍ରିୟାରେ ସଂଶ୍ଲିଷ୍ଟ ହୁଅନ୍ତି, ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଶ୍ରମିକ କୁହାଯାଏ । ସେମାନେ ଉଚ୍ଚ, ନୀଚ୍ ବା ଯେକୌଣସି ସ୍ତରରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିପାରନ୍ତି । ଯଦି ସେମାନଙ୍କମଧ୍ୟରୁ କିଛି ଲୋକ ରୋଗ, ଜଖମ ଭଳି ଶାରିରୀକ କଷ୍ଟ, ଖରାପ ପାଗ, ଉହବ ଓ କୌଣସି ସାମାଜିକ ଧାର୍ମିକ କାରଣରୁ ଅସ୍ଥାୟୀ ଭାବେ କାମକୁ ଆସିପାରନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ, ତଥାପି ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଶ୍ରମିକ ହିଁ କୁହାଯାଏ । ଏହି କାମରେ ଲାଗିଥିବା ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଶ୍ରମିକମାନଙ୍କୁ ସହାୟତା କରୁଥିବା ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିମାନଙ୍କୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ଶ୍ରମିକ ଭାବେ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରାଯାଏ । ସାଧାରଣ ଭାବରେ ଆମେ ଚିନ୍ତା କରୁ ଯେ ନିଯୁକ୍ତିଦାତା ଯେଉଁମାନଙ୍କୁ କାମ ବଦଳରେ କିଛି ପାରିଶ୍ରମିକ ଦିଅନ୍ତି, ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଶ୍ରମିକ କୁହାଯାଏ । କିନ୍ତୁ ଏହା ଠିକ ନ୍ୱହେଁ । ଯେଉଁ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ସ୍ୱନିୟୋଜିତ–ସେମାନେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଶ୍ମିକ । SKYC-C-ODA $\mathcal{Z}$
