Q2. निम्नलिखित गद्यांश को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़िए और उसके आधार पर नीचे दिए गए प्रश्नों के उत्तर स्पष्ट, सही और संक्षिप्त भाषा में दीजिए :
(a) जब एक किसान खेतों में काम करता है, तो वह खाद्यान्न और उद्योगों के लिए कच्चे माल का उत्पादन करता है । कपास ही कपड़े के कारखानों, विद्युतकरघों में कपड़े का रूप धारण कर लेता है । गाड़ियाँ सामान को एक स्थान से दूसरे स्थान तक पहुँचाती हैं । हम जानते हैं कि किसी देश में एक वर्ष में उत्पादित सभी वस्तुओं और सेवाओं का कुल मूल्य इसका सकल घरेलू उत्पाद कहलाता है । हमें निर्यात के लिए मूल्य प्राप्त होता है और आयात के लिए मूल्य चुकाना पड़ता है । इसमें हम देखते हैं कि निवल अर्जन धनात्मक हो सकता है या ऋणात्मक हो सकता है या शून्य हो सकता है । हम प्राप्त अर्जनों का योग करते हैं तो हमें उस वर्ष के लिए देश का सकल घरेलू उत्पाद प्राप्त होता है।
(b) सकल राष्ट्रीय उत्पाद में योगदान देने वाले सभी क्रियाकलापों को हम आर्थिक क्रियाएँ कहते हैं । वे सभी व्यक्ति जो आर्थिक क्रियाओं में संलग्न होते हैं, श्रमिक कहलाते हैं, चाहे वे उच्च या निम्न किसी भी स्तर पर कार्य कर रहे हैं । यदि इनमें से कुछ लोग बीमारी, जख्म होने आदि शारीरिक कष्टों, खराब मौसम, त्यौहार या सामाजिक-धार्मिक उत्सवों के कारण अस्थायी रूप से काम पर नहीं आ पाते, तो भी उन्हें श्रमिक ही माना जाता है । इन कामों में लगे मुख्य श्रमिकों की सहायता करने वालों को भी हम श्रमिक ही मानते हैं । आमतौर पर हम ऐसा सोचते हैं कि जिन्हें
