यद्यपि वैधता को प्रायः विश्वसनीयता की आवश्यकता होती है, यह उलटा सही नहीं होता है । व्याख्या कीजिए ।
Even though validity often requires reliability, the reverse is not true. Explain.
(b)
‘‘यदि आप यह स्वीकार करते हैं कि अध्ययन प्राकृतिक रूप से नहीं होता है, तो यह स्पष्ट है कि यथेष्ट अध्ययन को प्रोत्साहित करने हेतु किसी को सुव्यवस्थित कार्ययोजना स्थापित करने की आवश्यकता होगी ।’’ इस वक्तव्य पर टिप्पणी कीजिए तथा महत्त्वपूर्ण उपायों पर प्रकाश डालिए ।
"If you accept that studying does not come naturally, then it is apparent that one should need to set-up an organized schedule to promote adequate study." Comment on this statement and highlight the important steps.
