  • Candidate has to attempt FIVE questions in all.
  • Question Nos. 1 and 5 are compulsory and out of the remaining, THREE are to be attempted choosing at least ONE question from each Section.
  • The number of marks carried by a question/part is indicated against it.
  • Answers must be written in URDU (Urdu script).
  • Word limit in questions, wherever specified, should be adhered to.
  • Attempts of questions shall be counted in sequential order.
  • Unless struck off, attempt of a question shall be counted even if attempted partly.
  • Any page or portion of the page left blank in the Question-cum-Answer Booklet must be clearly struck off.

Q1. حسب ذیل سوالوں کے جواب لکھئے۔ ہر سوال کا جواب تقریباً ایک سو پچاس (150)الفاظ پر مشتمل ہونا چاہئے :

(a) قدیم ہند آریائی دور میں کون کون کی بولیاں اور زبائیں رائج تھیں؟

(b) پنجانی اور اردو میں گفتگی اور صوتی اعتبار سے کیا اشتراک پایا جاتا ہے؟

(c) اردو زبان کے مختلف ناموں اور ان کی دیہ تسمیہ یر روشی ڈالئے۔

(d) مراحمًی اور اردو کے لسانی رشتے کی وضاحت کیجئے۔

(e) اردو حروف بھی کی درجہ بندی کیجئے۔

(c) اردو کے آغاز و ارتقا کا سلسلہ ہندوستان میں مسلمانوں کی آمد سے جوڑنا لسانی اعتبار سے کہاں تک حق بجانب ہے ؟ مال لکھئے۔
