There are EIGHT questions divided in TWO SECTIONS and printed both in HINDI and in ENGLISH.

Q1. 1.(a) एवं उपयोगिता पर संक्षेप में चर्चा कीजिए । गुणवत्ता में परिवर्तन के कारणों पर चर्चा कीजिए । What do you understand by Statistical Quality Control (SQC)? Discuss briefly its need and utility in Industry. Discuss the causes of variation in quality.
