  • पूर्णांक : 200 Time allowed: Three Hours [ [Maximum Marks: 200 अभ्यर्थी को प्रश्न संख्या 1 करना अनिवार्य है तथा अन्य कोई चार प्रश्न हल करने हैं।
  • प्रत्येक खण्ड में से नोट : एक प्रश्न करना अनिवार्य है ।
  • कुल पाँच प्रश्नों के उत्तर देने हैं ।
  • प्रत्येक प्रश्न के अंक उसके सामने अंकित हैं ।
  • हालाँकि सभी प्रश्नों के समान अंक हैं ।
  • एक प्रश्न के सभी भागों का उत्तर अनिवार्यत: एक साथ दिया जाय । Notes: Candidates should attempt Question No. 1 as compulsory and four more. At least one question must be attempted from each group. In all five questions are to be answered. Marks carried by each question are indicated against the question. However, all questions carry equal marks.   • परिणामस्वरूप रविन्द्र अग्रवाल को जेल जाना पड़ा और उसके उद्योग पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव पड़ा । 16 नवम्बर, 2017 को विचारण के पश्चात् दण्ड न्यायालय ने रविन्द्र अग्रवाल को इस आधार पर दोषमुक्त कर दिया कि उसके ख़िलाफ राजेश सिंघानिया का परिवाद झूठा और आधारहीन था ।
  • अब रविन्द्र अग्रवाल, राजेश सिंघानिया के विरुद्ध विद्वेषपूर्ण अभियोजन के लिए वाद लाना चाहते हैं।
  • उपर्युक्त तथ्यों के आधार पर वादी रविन्द्र अग्रवाल के लिए वादपत्र तैयार कीजिए। 25 (ब) उपर्युक्त प्रश्न सं. 1(अ) के वादपत्र के उत्तर में प्रतिवादी राजेश सिंघानिया के लिए लिखित कथन का प्रारूप भी तैयार कीजिए । 15 अथवा JUE-V 1 IP.T.O.
