Q2. बोलीअ में लिखो : 12×5 = 60 अवाइली भारत में राजतंत्र जो ऐतिरो असरु हो जो राजा खे राजु जी आत्मा चयो वियो । अवाइली धर्मी ग्रंथनि मूजिब राजा प्रजा वास्ते ईश्वर जो ऐविज़ी आहे, जींअ प्रजा संदसि मदद सां पंहिजे दुखी जीवन खां छुटिकारो हासिल करे सघे । राजा बिना समाज जो जीवन कष्टदाई थींदो आहे । अवाइली भारतीय विद्वाननि राजा या राजु जी उत्पत्ति बाबत वक़्त बि वक़्त घणा ई वीचार पेश कया आहिनि । उन्हनि खे मुख्तिलिफ सिद्धांतनि जे रुप में तइ कयो वियो आहे, जींअ दैवीय सिद्धांत, शक्तीअ जो सिद्धांत, सुरक्षा जो सिद्धांत, सामाजिक समझौते जो सिद्धांत वग़ैरह । कौटिल्य राजु खे इंसानी जीवत वास्ते हिकु अहम्, ज़रूरी ऐं कल्याणकारी इदारो मञियो आहे । हुननि राजा जी उत्पतीअ जी सिलसिलेवार विवेचना न कई आहे, पर संदसि ‘अर्थशास्त्र’ में साफ़ ज़िक्र आहे त जींअ नंढी मछीअ खे वडी मछी खाईंदी आहे, इन्हीअ तरह अवाइली दौर में ताक़तवर इंसान कमज़ोर इंसाननि खे सताईंदा हुआ। हिन अन्याय (मत्स्य न्याय) यानी झंगल राजु सां प्रजा दुखी हुई । दुखी प्रजा गडि़जी हिक ताकतवर इंसान खे पंहिजो राजा मुकरर कयो । हुननि राजा खे बुनीअ जी पैदाइश जो छहों हिस्सो, वापार जी आमदनीअ जो डुहों हिस्सो ड्रियणु तइ कयो । हिन जे एवज़ि राजा प्रजा जे कल्याण जी ज़िम्मेवारी पाण ते हमवार कई । जेके माणहूं राजा पारां कयल हिन व्यवस्था खे न मर्ञीदा हुआ, उन्हनि खे हू डुंडु ड्रींदो हो । राजा खे इंद्र ऐं यम जियां प्रजा जो रक्षक ऐं कृपालू मञियो वियो आहे । कौटिल्य मूजिब राजा जी आज्ञा जी पोइवारी न करणु या उन जो अपमान करणु मनिंह आहे । जंहिं समाज में राजा पारां प्रजा जी रक्षा कई वेंदी आहे, उते माणहूं बेडपा थी घर जा दरवाज़ा खोले घुमंदा आहिनि । जडुहिं राजा रक्षा कंदो आहे त ज़ालूं ज़ेवर पाए अकेलियूं रस्तनि ते घुमी फिरी सघंदियूं आहिनि । राजा पारां रक्षित समाज में इंसानियत जो साम्राज्य थींदो आहे । अहिड़े राजू में हर क़िस्म जी तरक्क़ी थींदी आहे । बियनि अवाइली ग्रंथनि सां गड़ू कौटिल्य जे ‘अर्थशास्त्र’ में बि हिन सच खे प्रतिपादित कयो वियो आहे । अगु में राजा जो पदु अस्थिर ऐं शक्तिंयूं ज़ाब्ते में हुयूं । पर उत्तर वैदिक काल खां पोई राजुनि जो आकार जींअ जींअ वधंदो वियो, तींअं तींअं राजा जे हक़नि ऐं ऐश्वर्य में वाधारो थींदो वियो । प्रजा जी रक्षा जे बनिस्बति राजा जी रक्षा ते वधीक ध्यान डिनो वञण लगो । राजा पद जी प्रतिष्ठा मूजिब राजा जो वैभव, शान शौक़त, ऐं डेखाउ वधी वियो । शुक्र नीतिअ में हिन जो वसीअ वर्णन् कयो वियो आहे । HXS-C-SNDD 2
