  • अवशिष्टेषु प्रश्नेषु त्रय: प्रश्नाः समाधेयाः।
  • प्रतिखण्डम् एक: प्रश्नः अवश्यं ग्रहणीयः।
  • प्रश्नानां तदभागानां वा मूल्याङ्काः प्रश्नस्थले एव निर्दिष्टाः।
  • चतुर्थ-पञ्चम-षष्ठप्रश्नाः संस्कृतभाषायां देवनागरीलिप्या समाधेयाः।
  • अवशिष्टप्रश्नानामुत्तरं संस्कृतभाषायां देवनागरीलिप्या अथवा परीक्षाप्रवेश-प्रमाणपत्रे स्वीकृतया कयाचिद्भाषया प्रदेयम् ।
  • प्रश्नोत्तरार्थं निर्दिष्टा पदानां संख्या परिपालनीया।
  • यदि प्रश्नोत्तरपुस्तिकायां कोपि पृष्ठः अंशो वा रिक्तः (अलिखितः) स्यात्तर्हि तत्र स्पष्टरूपेण व्यत्यासचिह्नं (×) विधेयम्।
  • प्रश्नक्रमानुसारमेव क्रमेण प्रश्नोत्तराणि प्रदेयानि ।
  • न चेत् अंशतः प्रदत्तं प्रश्नोत्तरमपि संपूर्णप्रश्नोत्तरवत् परिगणितं भवेत् ।

  • There are EIGHT questions divided in TWO Sections.
  • Candidate has to attempt FIVE questions in all.
  • Ouestion Nos. 1 and 5 are compulsory and out of the remaining, THREE are to be attempted choosing at least ONE question from each Section.
  • The number of marks carried by a question/part is indicated against it.
  • Question Nos. 4, 5 and 6 must be answered in SANSKRIT and the remaining questions must be answered either in SANSKRIT or in the medium authorized in the Admission Certificate.
  • Answer written in SANSKRIT must be in Devanagari script.
  • Word limit in questions, wherever specified, should be adhered to.
  • Any page or portion of the page left blank in the Question-cum-Answer Booklet must be clearly struck off.
  • Attempts of questions shall be counted in sequential order.
  • Unless struck off, attempt of a question shall be counted even if attempted partly.

Q1. अधोनिर्दिष्टानां विषयाणां पर्यालोचनं सोदाहरणं प्रत्येकं सार्थशतेन (150) शब्दैः विधीयताम्— Each answer along with examples of the following questions to be written within 150 words: कालिदासरचितरघुवंशमहाकाव्ये प्रतिबिम्बितं काव्यसौष्ठवं विशदयत ।

(a) Elaborate the poetical beauty as reflected in the epic, Raghuvamsa of Kälidäsa.

(b) ''भारवेरर्थगौरवम्'' इत्येतन्मतं युक्तिपुरस्सरं विशदयत। Critically appreciate the statement-"भारवेरर्थगौरवम्".

(c) "कादम्बरीरसज्ञानामाहारोऽपि न रोचते" इत्येषा भणितिः सयुक्तिकं सोदाहरणं च विव्रियताम्। Elucidate critically with apt illustration the dictum-"कादम्बरीरसज्ञानामाहारोऽपि न रोचते".

(d) ''उदिते नैषधे काव्ये क माघः क च भारविः'' इतीयम् उक्तिः सयुक्तिकं सोदाहरणं च समीक्ष्यताम्। Examine critically with apt examples the saying-"उदिते नैषधे काव्ये क माघः क च भारविः".

(e) श्रीधरभास्करवर्णेकरविरचितस्य शिवराज्योदयमहाकाव्यस्य काव्यगतं वैशिष्ट्यं प्रतिपादयत । Describe the poetical features of the epic, 'शिवराज्योदयम्' composed by Shridhar Bhaskar Varnekar. 10 2. अधोनिर्दिष्टानां विषयाणां सारगर्भिता समीक्षणीया- Enumerate the significance of the following questions:

(a) ईशावास्योपनिषदमनुसुत्य विद्याविद्ययोः स्वरूपं निरूप्यताम् । Describe the distinct features of 'Vidya' and 'Avidya' as propagated in the 15 Īśāvāsyopanisad.

(b) भगवद्गीतायां प्रतिपादितं 'कर्मयोगं' विशदयत। Illustrate the 'Karmayoga' as described in the Bhagavadgītā.

(c) कौटिलीयायाः अर्थव्यवस्थायाः वर्त्तमानप्रसङ्गे उपयोगित्वं प्रतिपाद्यताम्। Examine the utility at present day's administration of the State economic system as described by Kautilya in his Arthaśāstra. 15 3. अधोनिर्दिष्टानां विषयाणां समीक्षा विधेया- Analyze in detail the following questions :
