Answer the following in about 150 words each. Support your answer with legal provisions and judicial pronouncements :
(a)
भारतीय दण्ड संहिता, 1860 के अन्तर्गत आपराधिक मनःस्थिति के बिना भी कतिपय कृत्य अपराध हैं। ऐसे अपराधों को गिनाइए।
Even without mens rea there are certain acts, which are offences under the Indian Penal Code, 1860. Enumerate such offences.
(b)
भारतीय दण्ड संहिता, 1860 के अन्तर्गत प्राइवेट प्रतिरक्षा का अधिकार केवल निर्दोष व्यक्ति को ही प्राप्त है। यह प्रतिकार का अधिकार नहीं है। विश्लेषण कीजिए।
Right to private defence under the Indian Penal Code, 1860 is available only to an innocent person. It is not a right to retribution. Analyze.

‘‘मेरे द्वारा मेरी इच्छा के विरुद्ध किया गया कार्य, मेरा कार्य नहीं है।’’ भारतीय दण्ड संहिता, 1860 के विधिक उपबन्धों के प्रकाश में परीक्षण कीजिए।
"Act done by me against my will, is not my act." Examine in the light of legal provisions of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
(d)
‘‘अपकृत्य की विधि में ‘कबूतरखाने के सिद्धान्त’ की अब कोई न्यायोचितता नहीं है।’’ समालोचनात्मक परीक्षण कीजिए।
"Pigeonhole theory' in the law of tort holds no justification now." Critically examine.
(e)
‘‘ई-वाणिज्य ने भारत में उपभोक्ता संरक्षण को प्रतिकूल रूप से प्रभावित किया है।’’ इस कथन को स्पष्ट कीजिए।
"E-commerce has adversely affected the consumer protection in India." Elucidate the statement.
