Q2. गरीबी हमारा मानसिक रोग है। यदि आप इस रोग से पीड़ित हैं अथवा इस रोग के शिकार हैं, तो अपने मानसिक भाव को बदल दीजिए। दुःख-दरिद्रता तथा लाचारी के विचार मन में लाने के स्थान पर सुख-समृद्धि, ऐश्वर्य, स्वाधीनता तथा आनंद के विचारों से अपने मानस-क्षेत्र को प्रकाशित कीजिए। फिर यह देखकर आपके आश्चर्य का पार न रहेगा कि आपकी उन्नति कितने जोरों से हो रही है। हमें विजय और सफलता पूर्णतया मन की वैज्ञानिक प्रक्रिया से प्राप्त होती है। जो मनुष्य समृद्धिशाली और सौभाग्यशाली होता है उसका यह अखण्ड विश्वास होता है कि वह समृद्धिशाली और सौभाग्यशाली हो रहा है। उसे अपनी कमाने की योग्यता पर विश्वास रहता है। वह अपने समय को गरीबी की बातों तथा विचारों में नहीं गँवाता। दरिद्रता से लड़खड़ाता हुआ नहीं चलता। वह अपनी शक्ति को उस वस्तु की ओर मोड़ता है, जिसके लिए कोशिश कर रहा है तथा जिसकी प्राप्ति में उसका पूरा विश्वास एवं दृढ़ निश्चय है। देश में ऐसे गरीब लोग हैं, जो अपनी गरीबी से अर्ध-संतुष्ट हो गए हैं और जिन्होंने उसके विकराल पंजों से निकलने का प्रयत्न ही छोड़ दिया है। अब वे चाहे कितना ही कठिन परिश्रम करें, उन्होंने तो अपनी आशा खो दी है — स्वाधीनता प्राप्त करने की उमंग नष्ट कर दी है। गद्यांश का उचित शीर्षक दीजिए। 5 (ক) गरीबी से अर्ध-संतुष्ट होने का क्या आशय है ? 5 (ख) गद्यांश का संक्षेपण (एक-तिहाई शब्दों में) कीजिए। (T) 20 Page 2 of 4 51/GENERAL HINDI
