Marks: 100 वेळ : ३ तास गुण : १०० N.B.: मूचना : (1) All questions are compulsory. (१) सर्व प्रश्न सोडविणे आत्रश्यक आहे. (2) Question No. 1 carries 20 marks. All other questions carry equal marks i.e. 16 marks each. (२) प्रश्न क्रमांक १ ला २० गुण असून उर्वरित सर्व प्रश्नांना समान म्हणजेच १६ गुण आहेत. (3) Your answers must be to the point, wherever possible quoting the specific provisions of law. (३) उत्तरे मुद्देसुद असावीत. आवश्यक तेथे कायद्यातील तरतुदी नमूद कराव्यात. (4) Do not reproduce any question. Write only question's number against the answer. (४) उत्तरपुस्तिकेमध्ये प्रश्न पुन्हा लिहूं नयेत. फक्त प्रश्न क्रमांक नमूद करुन उत्तर लिहावे. (5) Wherever option has been given only the required number of responses in the serial order attempted shall be assessed. Excess responses shall be ignored. (५) ज्या क्रमाने उमेदवाराने ऐच्छिक प्रश्न सोडविलेले असतात त्या क्रमाने अपेक्षित प्रश्नसख्येइतक्या प्रश्नांची उत्तरे फक्त तपासली जातील व उवीरेत अतिरिक्त ठरणाऱ्या प्रश्नांची उत्तरे तपासली जण्णार नाहीत.
