Candidate has to attempt FIVE questions in all.
Questions no. 1 and 5 are compulsory and out of the remaining, any THREE are to be attempted choosing at least ONE question from each section.
The number of marks carried by a question / part is indicated against it.
Word limit in questions, wherever specified, should be adhered to.
Attempts of questions shall be counted in sequential order.
Unless struck off, attempt of a question shall be counted even if attempted partly.
Any page or portion of the page left blank in the Question-cum-Answer Booklet must be clearly struck off.

Q1. تشريح تقريباً يك سوپجاس (150) الفاظ پر مشتل ہو۔ 10×5=50 (a) ^دد ملازمانِ قلعہ پر شدّت ہے اور باز پرس اور دار و گیر میں مبتلا ہیں، مگر وہ نو کر جو اس ہنگام میں نو کر ہوئے ہیں اور ہنگامے میں شریک رہے ہیں۔میں غریب شاعر دیں بریں سے تاریخ لکھنے اور شعر کی اصلاح دینے پر متعلق ہواہوں۔خواہی اس کو نوکری مستجھو،خواہی مز دوری حانو۔اس فتنہ وآشوب میں ^کسی مصلحت میں میں نے د خل نہیں دیا،صرف اشعار کی خدمت بجالاتار ہا اور نظرا پی بے گناہی پر شہرے نکل نہیں گیا۔“ 10 (b) ’’ سب اپنی اپنی کشتیوں کو برابرروک تھام سے سنہالے چلے جاتے تھے اور لطف _میں کہ ہر صحص کے دل میں یہی خیال تھا کہ مجھے پچھ خطر نہیں،ا گرہے تواور ہم سفر وں کوہے۔اور وں کے انجام دیکھ رہے تھے اوراپنی ہدانجامی نہ معلوم ہوتی تھی۔خود ای مصیبت میں مبتلاتھےاوراپناخیال نہ کرتے تھے۔جب موجوں کازور ہوتاتھاتوقسمت اور ہدائمالی جو، پَر سے پَر ملائے برابر عالم ہوا میں اڑتی چلی جاتی تھیں،وہ لو گوں کو بہلا لیتی تھیں۔‘‘ 10 ’’ اس در خرچی کے آگے اگر تنج قارون کا ہوتا، تو بھی وفانہ کرتا۔ کئی برس کے عرصے میں ایک بار گی ہے حالت ہو ٹی کی فقط ٹوپی اور لنگو ٹی باقی رہی۔وہآشاجو دانت کا ٹی روٹی کھاتے تھے اور چیچا بھر خون اپناہر بات میں زبان سے شار کرتے تھے،کافور ہوگئے،بلکہ راہ باٹ میں اگر کہیں بھینٹ ملا قات ہو جاتی تو آنکھیں چراکر منھ پھیر لیتے۔اور نوکر جاکر،خدمت گار سب چھوڑ کر کنارے لگے۔ کوئی بات پوچھنے والانہ رہاجو کہے : بیہ کیاتمہاراحال ہوا؟ سوائے غم اورافسو س کے کوئی رفیق نہ تھہرا۔‘‘ 10 ^دد کھانے پینےاور ساز وسامان کی تکلیفیںان لوگوں کو پریشان نہیں کر سکتیں جو جسم کی جگہ دماغ کی زندگی بسر کرنے کے عاد ی ہوتے ہیں۔آدمی اپنے آپ کواحساسات کی عام سطح سے ذرائیمی اونچا کرلے تو پھر جسم کی آسائشوں کا فقدان اسے پریشان $\overline{2}$ CRNA-S-URD
