- प्रश्नपत्रविषये विशेषनिर्देशाः प्रश्नानां समाधानात् प्राक् सर्वेऽपि अधोलिखिता: निर्देशा: सावधानतया पठनीया: सर्वेऽपि प्रश्नाः समाधेयाः ।
- प्रत्येकं प्रश्नस्य / प्रश्नभागस्य अङ्का: तत्पुरत एव निर्दिष्टा: ।
- यदि अन्यथा निर्देशो न भवेत् तर्हि प्रश्नानाम् उत्तराणि संस्कृतभाषया एव देवनागरीलिपिनिबद्धया लेखनीयानि ।
- यत्रापि शब्दसीमा निर्धारिता तत्र सा अनुपालनीया एव।
- उत्तराणि चेत् सीमात: अधिकमात्रया विस्तीर्णानि लघुत्तराणि वा भवेयुः तदा अङ्कहानि: भविष्यति ।
- प्रश्नपत्रसहितोत्तरपुस्तिकाया: किमपि पृष्ठं पृष्ठांशों वा यदि रिक्त: त्यज्यते स: अवश्यं स्पष्टतया रेखाचिह्नेन निरसनीय: ।
- प्रश्नक्रमानुसारमेव क्रमेण प्रश्नोत्तराणि प्रदेयानि ।
- नोचेत् अंशत: प्रदत्तं प्रश्नोत्तरमपि संपूर्णप्रश्नोत्तरवत् भवेत् ।

- Word limit in questions, wherever specified, should be adhered to and if answered in much longer or shorter than the prescribed length, marks may be deducted.

- Attempts of questions shall be counted in sequential order.
- Unless struck off, attempt of a question shall be counted even if attempted partly.

Q2. समासतश्च शुद्धगिरा दीयन्ताम् : 12×5=60 जैवविविधता (Biodiversity) विश्वस्य जीवितप्रजातीनां विविधता अस्ति । अस्यां विविधतायां प्रजातीनाम् आनुवंशिकी विविधता तत्प्रणीत-पारिस्थितिकी-तन्त्रस्य (Eco system) समुदाया: समाविष्टा: भवन्ति । अद्य जीवनस्य इयं विविधता गभीरं संकटं संमुखं पश्यति । वैज्ञानिका सम्प्रवदन्ते यत् यया गत्या वर्तमानकाले उष्णकटिबन्धीय वनानां (Tropical Forest) हानि: अस्थैर्यं च दृष्टिपथम् आगच्छत: यदि सा गति: तथैव प्रवर्तते तर्हि आगामि-पञ्चविंशति-वर्षेषु प्रतिदशवर्षं सर्वासाम् उष्णकटिबन्धीय वनप्रजातीनां मध्ये प्राय: पञ्चल: दश प्रतिशतं यावत् विलुप्तिम् आप्स्प्यति । विलोपनस्य संकट: केवलम् उष्णकटियबन्धीय वनानि यावदेव परिमित: नास्ति । नदीनाम् अवरोधस्य वैदेशिक प्रजातीनाम् आगमनस्य च कारणात् मिष्टजलस्य प्राकृतिकभाण्डारेषु नाटकीयतया परिवर्तनं घटमानम् अवलोक्यते । इमा: विगतानेक सहस्रेभ्य: जायमाना: विलुप्तय: समुद्रदीपेषु अदृश्यन्त । ते समुद्रदीपा: एव अधुना पृथिव्यां सर्वाधिक-भीषण-संकटापन्नेषु पारिस्थितिकीयतन्त्रेषु अन्यतमा: सन्ति । प्रजातीनाम् अथ च आनुवंशिक विविधतानां हानि:, प्राकृतिकवासस्य अथ - च पारिस्थितिकीयतन्त्राणां क्षय: – एतत्सर्वं एतत्कालवर्तिनां जनानां भविष्यति काले लब्धजन्मनां जनानां च कृते समुपस्थितां महतीं हानिं द्योतयति । अद्य या प्रजाति: विलुप्यमाना वर्तते तस्याम् अज्ञात: कश्चन खाद्यसम्बन्धी औषधिसम्बन्धी उद्योगसम्बन्धी च उपयोग: निहित: वर्तते । पारिस्थितिकीयतन्त्रेषु निहिता मानव जनसंख्यासंरक्षणसम्बन्धिनी शक्ति: अद्य विलीयमाना वर्तते । तेषाम् अवमूल्यनं च मृत्तिकाक्षयस्य जलाशयानां लावण्यस्य स्थानीयजलपरिवर्तनस्य मरुस्थलीकरणस्य उत्पादनप्रवृत्ते: क्षस्य च माध्यमेन ततोऽप्यधिका: हानी: आमन्त्रयति । SLPM-C-SNKT
