  • There are EIGHT questions divided in TWO SECTIONS and printed both in HINDI and in ENGLISH.
  • Candidate has to attempt FIVE questions in all.
  • Questions no. 1 and 5 are compulsory and out of the remaining, any THREE are to be attempted choosing at least ONE question from each section.
  • The number of marks carried by a question / part is indicated against it.
  • Answers must be written in the medium authorized in the Admission Certificate which must be stated clearly on the cover of this Question-cum-Answer (QCA) Booklet in the space provided.
  • No marks will be given for answers written in a medium other than the authorized one.
  • Word limit in questions, wherever specified, should be adhered to.
  • Illustrate your answers with suitable sketches and diagrams, wherever considered necessary.
  • Coloured pencils may be used for the purpose.
  • Attempts of questions shall be counted in sequential order.
  • Unless struck off, attempt of a question shall be counted even if attempted partly.

(a) संक्षेप में वर्णन कीजिए । विखण्डित-मनस्कता में दृष्टिगत होने वाले विभिन्न तानप्रतिष्टम्भी (कैटाटोनिक) लक्षणों (ii) को गिनाइए तथा प्रत्येक लक्षण का एक-एक पंक्ति में वर्णन कीजिए ।
As per ICD-10 classification, describe briefly the types of (i) schizophrenia. (ii) Enumerate the various catatonic symptoms observed in schizophrenia and describe each in one line.

(b) विभिन्न प्राथमिक रक्तस्तम्भक विकारों को गिनाइए । (i) एक 50 kg वज़न का पुरुष, जिसे हीमोफ़ीलिया A है, वह दाहिने घुटने में तीव्र (ii) रक्तसन्धि से ग्रसित है । उसे क्या उपचार दिया जाना चाहिए, विवेचना कीजिए ।
Enumerate the various primary haemostatic disorders. (i) Discuss the treatment of severe haemarthrosis of right knee in a (ii) 50 kg male suffering with Haemophilia A.

(c) एक 18 माह का बालक जिसका वज़न 7 kg है, प्रवाहिका, वमन, द्रुतगति श्वसन तथा निर्जलीकरण के इतिवृत्त के साथ लाया जाता है । आई.एम.एन.सी.आई. (IMNCI) प्रोटोकोल के अनुसार इस बालक के प्रबंधन के लिए क्या करना होगा ?
An 18-month-old child weighing 7 kg has presented with history of diarrhoea, vomiting, rapid breathing and dehydration. How will you manage the child as per IMNCI protocol?

(d) एक 12 माह के शिशु को खाँसी, कष्टप्रद श्वसन तथा संरवपूर्ण श्वसन के साथ लाया जाता है । इस शिशु के लक्षणों के कारण गिनाइए तथा यह बताइए कि उसके प्रबंधन के लिए क्या-क्या करना होगा ।
