Determine the dimensions of a trapezoidal-shaped grassed waterway to carry a peak discharge of 4.0 ext{ m}^3/ ext{s}. The bottom slope of the waterway is 0.3% and the values of safe velocity and Manning's roughness coefficient are 0.9 ext{ m/s} and 0.045 respectively. The recommended side slope for the channel is 2:1 (Horizontal: Vertical).
