  • प्रत्येक खण्ड में चार प्रश्न हैं ।
  • किन्हीं पाँच प्रश्नों के नोटः (i) उत्तर दीजिए, प्रत्येक खण्ड से कम से कम दो प्रश्न अवश्य होने चाहियें ।
  • (ii) सभी प्रश्नों के अंक समान हैं ।
  • (iii) एक प्रश्न के सभी भागों का उत्तर अनिवार्यत: एक साथ दिया जाय ।
  • (iv) प्रश्नों से सम्बन्धित आवश्यक आँकड़े दिये गये हैं ।
  • फिर भी यदि आप अपने उत्तर के लिये किसी अन्य आँकड़े को आवश्यक समझते हैं तो उसका मान स्वत: चुन सकते हैं ।

(अ) फलक के प्रत्यास्थ विक्षेपण के कारण पूर्ण प्रतिरोध की हानि का वर्णन कीजिए । 10

(ब) एक फलक के आयामों तथा अपेक्षित भार (स्पेसिफाइड लोड या फ्रेम) 1500 kN है । स्तम्भ की लम्बाई 6 मीटर है । स्तम्भ के दोनों छोर स्थिर तथा स्तम्भ में प्रतिरोध है । फलक में संपीड़न के लिए अनुमत प्रतिरोध (σ_cc) का मान = 5 N/mm2 तथा स्तम्भ के लिए अनुमत प्रतिरोध (σ_c) का मान 190 N/mm2 । गुप्त सूत्र विधि का प्रयोग कर स्तम्भ के लिए आवश्यक फलक का क्षेत्रफल ज्ञात कीजिए । 20

(स) 12 फीट ऊँची दीवार को 20 फी.मी. ऊँचाई के साथ 6 मीटर के अन्तर से जोड़ने वाला एक स्टील ग्रेड Fe 410 युक्त स्तम्भ है । स्तम्भ के लिए आवश्यक न्यूनतम व्यास : 25 फी 20 फी.मी. तथा न्यूनतम क्षेत्रफल 245 फी.मी. है । स्तम्भ के लिए व्यास 22 फी.मी. है । स्तम्भ के लिए 3 फी.मी. तथा व्यास 50 फी.मी. है । वाल्ट के लिए आवश्यक आयाम : 800-2007 के अनुसार ज्ञात कीजिए । 10
