- यदि प्रश्न–पुस्तिका एवं ओ. एम. आर. उत्तर–पत्रक पर मुद्रित बार कोड क्रम संख्या एक समान न हों या इसमें अन्य कोई विसंगति हो, तो कक्ष निरीक्षक को वापस कर प्रश्न–पुस्तिका एवं ओ. उत्तर-पत्रक का दूसरी सील्ड पॉलीथीन पैकेट प्राप्त कर लें।
- अभ्यर्थी ओ. एम. आर. उत्तर–पत्रक एवं प्रश्न–पुस्तिका पर मुद्रित बार कोड क्रम संख्या के एक समान होने की पुष्टि करने के उपरान्त ही ओ. उत्तर-पत्रक पर अपना सही अनुक्रमांक, विषय एवं विषय कोड निर्धारित स्थान पर अंकित करें अन्यथा उत्तर-पत्रक का मूल्यांकन नहीं किया जाएगा और उसकी जिम्मेदारी स्वयं अभ्यर्थी की होगी ।
- अनुक्रमांक के अलावा प्रश्न-पुस्तिका के कवर पेज पर कुछ न लिखें ।
- रफ कार्य के लिए प्रश्न-पुस्तिका के अन्त में दिए गए दो पृष्ठों का प्रयोग करें ।
- प्रत्येक प्रश्न के चार (4) वैकल्पिक उत्तर प्रश्न के नीचे दिए गए हैं।
- इन चारों में से केवल एक ही सही उत्तर हैं।
- जिस उत्तर को आप सही या सबसे उचित समझते हैं, उत्तर–पत्रक में उसके अक्षर वाले वृत्त को काले बॉल–प्वॉइंट पेन से पूरा काला कर दें ।
- इस प्रश्न-पुस्तिका में सभी प्रश्न अंग्रेज़ी व हिन्दी दोनों भाषाओं में मुद्रित हैं ।

- ग़लत उत्तरों के लिए दण्ड : उत्तर–पत्रक में अभ्यर्थी द्वारा दिए गए ग़लत उत्तरों के लिए दण्ड दिया जाएगा।
- (i) प्रत्येक प्रश्न के लिए चार वैकल्पिक उत्तर हैं ।
- अभ्यर्थी द्वारा प्रत्येक प्रश्न के लिए दिए गए एक ग़लत उत्तर के लिए प्रश्न हेतु नियत किए गए अंकों का एक-तिहाई दण्ड के रूप में काटा जाएगा ।
- (ii) यदि कोई अभ्यर्थी एक से अधिक उत्तर देता है, तो इसे ग़लत उत्तर माना जाएगा, यद्यपि दिए गए उत्तरों में से एक उत्तर सही होता है, फिर भी उस प्रश्न के लिए उपर्युक्तानुसार ही उसी तरह का दण्ड दिया जाएगा ।
- (iii) यदि अभ्यर्थी द्वारा कोई प्रश्न हल नहीं किया जाता है, अर्थात् अभ्यर्थी द्वारा उत्तर नहीं दिया जाता है, तो उस प्रश्न के लिए कोई दण्ड नहीं दिया जाएगा ।
