(a) स्वयं को किसी विश्वविद्यालय का कुलसचिव मानते हुए सभी सम्बद्ध महाविद्यालयों के प्राचार्यों को परीक्षार्थियों की संख्या संबंधी जानकारी अभी तक प्राप्त न होने के सम्बन्ध में अनुस्मारक पत्र लिखिए।

(b) एक अर्धशासकीय पत्र का प्रारूप प्रस्तुत कीजिए, जिसमें प्रधानाचार्य, शासकीय औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थान द्वारा एक अनुदेशक की नियुक्ति हेतु निदेशक प्रशिक्षण एवं सेवायोजन निदेशालय को लिखा गया हो।
