Q2. “भारत में साक्षरता, कम्प्यूटर साक्षरता और स्मार्टफोन का प्रयोग बढ़ने के अनेक सकारात्मक परिणाम भारतीय सभा में दृष्टिगत होने लगे हैं। मीडिया, पत्रकारिता और जनसंचार के क्षेत्र में देखे तो यह परिणाम पाठकों और दर्शकों की संख्या में बढ़ोतरी के रूप में दिखाई देने लगा है। आज भारतीय भाषाओं, विशेष तौर पर हिन्दी के कागजी समाचार पत्रों के पाठकों की संख्या में निरंतर वृद्धि हो रही है। जिसके परिणामस्वरूप हिन्दी के समाचार पत्रों के स्थानीय संस्करणों की संख्या बढ़ रही है। इस तरह से हिन्दी के समाचार पत्रों के ई-संस्करणों के पाठक के रूप में एक बड़ा वर्ग उभरकर सामने आया है जो समाचार पत्रों के डिजिटल या वेब संस्करण को ही पढ़ना पसंद करता है। यह एक बहुत बड़ा वर्ग है, जो समय के अभाव में स्क्रीन के सामने बैठने का अभ्यस्त होने के कारण या अपना अधिकांश समय कम्प्यूटर पर बैठकर बिताने के कारण अखबार का ई-संस्करण या अधतन समाचार पढ़ना पसंद करता है। यह हाल अब भारतीय भाषाओं के चैनलों का भी है। हिन्दी तथा अन्य भारतीय भाषाओं के दर्शकों की संख्या में निरंतर वृद्धि हो रही है, परिणामस्वरूप नित नए भाषायी चैनल सामने आते जा रहे है और विदेशी चैनलों पर भी अनुदित कार्यक्रमों की तथा अन्य भारतीय भाषाओं में बने कार्यक्रमों की संख्या दिन-प्रतिदिन बढ़ती जा रही है। निम्नलिखित प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए।
