i) किसी अवयस्क की सम्पत्ति का व्ययन करने के लिये वसीयती संरक्षक के अधिकारों की विवेचना कीजिये।

'A' male Hindu has two wives 'B' and 'C'. He adopts a son after consulting his senior wife 'B' but without consulting wife 'C' who is of sound mind. The second wife challenges the validity of the adoption. Decide.
ii) ‘क’ हिन्दु पुरुष के दो पत्नियाँ ‘ख’ एवं ‘ग’ हैं। वह अपनी वरिष्ठ पत्नी ‘ख’ की सहमति से पुत्र का दत्तक ग्रहण करता है किन्तु वह इस दत्तक के सम्बन्ध में दूसरी पत्नी ‘ग’ से जो स्वस्थचित्त है कोई राय नहीं लेता। दूसरी पत्नी दत्तक की विधिमान्यता को चुनौती देती है। निर्णय कीजिये।
