- You have to enter your Roll Number on the Question Booklet in the Box provided alongside. DO NOT write anything else on the Question Booklet. प्रश्न-पुस्तिका के ऊपर नियत स्थान पर अपना रोल नम्बर लिखिए।
- Candidate must fill up the necessary information in the space provided on the supplied OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) Answer Sheet before commencement of the Examination. See directions on the OMR Answer Sheet. परीक्षा प्रारंभ होने से पहले जरूरी सूचना दिये गये नियत स्थान पर ओ.एम.आर. (ओप्टिकल मार्क मान्यता) में अवश्य भरें।
- ओ.एम.आर. उत्तर-पत्र पर दिये गये निर्देशन का पालन करें।
- For marking the correct answer, darken one circle by black or blue ball point pen only. Do not mark more than one circle. Darkening more than one circle against an answer will be treated as wrong answer. सही उत्तर को अंकित करने के लिए सही उत्तर के वृत्त को केवल काले/नीले बाल प्वाइंट पेन का ही इस्तेमाल करें।
- एक से ज्यादा अंकित किये गये वृत्त के उत्तर को गलत माना जाएगा।
- Do not detach any leaf from this Question Booklet. After the Examination, hand over the OMR Answer Sheet to the Room Invigilator. You are allowed to take the Question Booklet after the Examination is over. प्रश्न-पुसिका से कोई पृष्ठ अलग न करें।
- परीक्षा समाप्त होने पर ओ.एम.आर. पत्रक निरीक्षक महोदय को लौटाना आवश्यक है।

- Candidates are informed that evaluation of the OMR Answer Sheet will be done by Electronic Machine. So, you should shadow the bles of Roll No. and Booklet Series properly on OMR Answer Sheet, otherwise Machine will not be able to capture the required information. Failure to comply this instruction will be the sole responsibility of the candidates. ‘परीक्षार्थियों को मुचित किया जाता है कि ओ. एम. आर. उत्तर-पत्रक मुकाबेल महान से होगा।
- आप औ. एम. आर. उत्तर-पत्रक में अपना रोल नम्बर एवं पुस्तक शृंखला ठीक से भरें ।
- अन्यथा मशीन (यंत्र) उपयुक्त सूचना को प्राप्त नहीं कर सकेगा ।
