- Candidate must fill up the necessary informations in the space provided on the OMR Answer Sheet before commencement of the examination. Please abide by the instructions given on the OMR Answer Sheet. परीक्षा प्रारंभ होने से पहले जरूरी सूचना दिए गये निर्धारित स्थान पर ओ.एम.आर. (ऑप्टिकल मार्क रीडर) उत्तर-पत्रक में अवश्य भरें ।

- Answer Sheet due to incomplete/incorrect filling of relevant circle of Roll No. and Question Booklet Series in the OMR Answer Sheet shall result in cancellation of candidature. Any deficiency in filling up OMR Answer Sh उत्तर-पत्रक को इलेक्ट्रॉनिक माध्यम से संसाधित किया जाएगा ।
- अपूर्ण अथवा गलत तरीके से ओ.एम.आर. उत्तर-पत्रक में भरा गया अनुक्रमांको तथा प्रश्न-पुस्तिका श्रेणी अमान्य होगा जिसके आधार पर अभ्यर्थिता रह हो जायेगी ।
- ओ.एम.आर. उत्तर-पत्रक भरने में किसी भी तुटि के लिए अभ्यर्थी स्वयं जिम्मेवार होंगे।
- उत्तर-पत्रक पर उचित स्थान के अतिरिक्त कुछ न लिखें, अन्यथा उत्तर-पत्रक अमान्य कर दिया जाएगा।
