This entry covers the Sanskrit Literature question paper for the 2023 Haryana HCS (Ex.Br.) & Allied Services Mains examination. Page 1 provides the exam header, time, maximum marks, and the standard instructions: the paper comprises two sections (A and B), with four questions per section. Candidates must answer five questions in total, with questions 1 and 5 being compulsory, and at least one question from each section. The paper is bilingual (Hindi and English), with English serving as final in case of translation ambiguity. Page 2 contains the repaired OCR content listing several numbered items that appear to be descriptive prompts or essay-type questions focusing on topics like Sanskrit drama, Mahabharata’s cultural significance, Sanskrit grammar, Natyashastra, and other classical linguistics concepts. The OCR-produced content is deliberately preserved to reflect the original ambiguity of the scanned material, and the series of items indicates a mix of descriptive prompts intended for long-form answers.
