Q1. ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಯಾವುದಾದರೂ ಒಂದು ವಿಷಯದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ 600 ಪದಗಳ ಮಿತಿಯೊಳಗೆ ಪ್ರಬಂಧ ಬರೆಯಿರಿ: 100 ಪ್ರಜಾ ಪ್ರಭುತ್ವ ಮತ್ತು ಅಭಿವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ (a) ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರಿನ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಗಂಭೀರವಾಗಿದೆಯೇ ? (b) ಬುಡಕಟ್ಟು ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ : ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆಗಳು (c) ಖಾಲಿ ಗಡಿಗೆ (ಕೊಡ) ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಸಪ್ಪಳ (ಧ್ವನಿ) ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ (d) ಕೆಳಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿರುವ ಗದ್ಯಭಾಗವನ್ನು ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ಓದಿ ಕೇಳಿರುವ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ನೇರ,

Q2. ಸರಳ, ಸೃಷ್ಣ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಕ್ಷಿಪ್ತವಾಗಿ ಉತ್ತರಿಸಿ: 12×5 = 60 ವಿಮರ್ಶೆಯನ್ನು ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯದ ಒಂದು ಅಂಗವೆಂದು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯವನ್ನು ಅದರ ಮಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿರಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವಾಗ ಕೆಲವು ವಿಷಯಗಳು ಸೇರಿ ಅದರ ಸಹಜವಾಗಿ ಹೊಮ್ಮುವ ಸತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಅಡ್ಡಿಯುಂಟು ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆಯೋ, ಆಗ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯವು ದೋಷಪೂರಿತವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಹೇಗೆಂದರೆ ಸಂಗೀತವು ಸಂಗೀತದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಅಪಸ್ವರ ಸೇರಿ ಕಲ್ಮಶಗೊಂಡಾಗ ದೋಷಪೂರಿತವಾಗುವಂತೆ. ನಿಜವಾದ ಭಾವನೆಗಳ ಅಭಿವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂತೋಷವಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಕೆಟ್ಟ ಭಾವನೆಗಳ ಅಭಿವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇವಲ ದುಃಖವಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಇನ್ನೂ ಕೆಲವರಲ್ಲಿ ನೈಜವಲ್ಲದ ಭಾವನೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂತೋಷಪಡುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆಯುಂಟು. ಕೆಲವು ಜನ ಹಿಂಸಾತ್ಮಕ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವುದರಲ್ಲಿ ಅಥವಾ ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬರ ಸಂಪತ್ತನ್ನು ಅಪಹರಿಸುವುದು, ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಾರ್ಥಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಕೆಲವರನ್ನು ಗೋಳಾಡಿನುವುದರಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂತೋಷಪಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ ಇದು ಮನಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ನೈಜವಾದ ಪ್ರವೃತ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲ. ಒಬ್ಬ ಕಳ್ಳ ಬೆಳಕಿಗಿಂತಲೂ ಕತ್ತಲನ್ನೇ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಆದರೆ ಇದರಿಂದ ಬೆಳಕಿನ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠತೆಗೆ ಧಕ್ಕೆಯಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ನಾವು ಇತರರೊಡನೆ ಒಂದುಗೂಡಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗುವ ಭಾವನೆಗಳೇ ನಿಜವಾದ ಭಾವನೆಗಳು. ‘ಪ್ರೀತಿ’ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಪರಸ್ಪರ ಒಂದುಗೂಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ, ಅಹಂಕಾರ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಇತರರಿಂದ ದೂರ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಯಾವುದೇ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ದುರಹಂಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಆತ/ಆಕೆ ಇತರರ ಜೊತೆ ಒಂದುಗೂಡಲು ಹೇಗೆ ಸಾಧ್ಯ?
